My reccomendation is if you really really want the wine, give yourself permission for one glass (preferably of red). Otherwise, you will feel like you are denying yourself and it may backfire. If you give yourself permission for one in advance, you are setting boundaries for yourself, but not "cheating." Drink plenty of water before, during, and after that glass, and really enjoy every sip. Make sensible food choices to go along with it and you'll be fine.
