Last night i made a great supper, i made the baked porkchops from the recipes of HEATHERD's own diet. They were awesome, they were tastey and moist, could actually cut them with your fork. Our side dish was rice with tomatoes, green onion, mushrooms and red peppers and yellow beans.It was filling and didn't leave me feeling hungry still. i didn't use any salt or butter, with all the veggies in the rice it was nice and flavorfull adding the tomatoes really helps with flavor. Later for a snack i made light popcorn and drank lots of water throu the day.It's amazing how quickly you feel better when you stop putting all the junk into your body.
