I'm re-reading Atkins for life and I realized that I'm not being strict enough with myself. I'm still hooked on sweets. I treat myself to Atkins Endulge bars and diet pop often enough to still have cravings.

That said, I'm having a Dorito craving right now. Sounds like it's time for some Parmesan chips! :)

For some reason, I feel guilty when I eat those! I know they're okay... but I just can't help eeling bad when I do! Thanks for the support, you're a doll. =)

I found the recipe for parmesan chips on fatsecret, actually. You just get some shredded parmesan, layer it in a pan, and heat (recipe says to fry, but I have better luck with putting it on parchment paper under the broiler - experinebt).... It will melt together. Then let it cool and break into pieces. It's a great substitute for chips.

I snack on veggies ( luckily, I love them ), string cheese, lunch meat rolled up w/ cream cheese inside, and every morning I grill up some meat and cut it into bite size pieces so I can pop a couple into my mouth when I'm scouring the fridge, lol. For beverages, usually 2 liters of water a day, tea (w/ splenda), and sugar free red bull. Wow, that was a mouthful, eh? =)
