I was way too busy this morning to eat breakfast. I didn't want to mess things up by skipping it so I ate at 10:30 so now I'll be messed up for the whole day. I won't be hungry at lunch time. I have been eating six small meals a day but I don't think that I can fit that many in today because I got such a late start. Also, I am worried about this weekend. I am going camping. Hot dogs and hamburgers and macaroni salad, not to mention smores. Chocolate is my weakness. Hopefully this weekend doesn't mess things up for me too badly.

We camp a lot, (but not during the summer because it's too hot here right now) I've just started quietly bringing my own stuff. Hebrew National has a low-fat (97%) hot dog that's pretty good for 1 point, you can get sugarless buns (1 point), and there are now TONS of fun flavors of mustard (free, as long as you make sure you don't accidentally get one with mayo). I supply veggies and dips (so far no one has noticed they are low-cal) slip my dogs in with the rest on the grill and no one has been the wiser. Of course everyone with us drinks a lot, and we aren't much for smores--so that may help! Eat light on the meal (the low-fat dog with reduced fat cheese is a 3 point meal) then have a smore (or two)! The average smore would be no more than 3 points...so go for it!

THis is exactly what's gone wrong with my weight loss.. CAMPING. i camp every single weekend and for some reason, i'm so hungry when i camp. So i can drop 1 or 2 lbs if i eat really good during the week.. but gain it all back with 2 days of camping. GOod luck to you!

that's a good idea about the hot dogs. I will do that. thanks. also, maybe I can substitute beer for chocolate since the two don't mix lol.
