Morning BG 110 and todays steps were; 8049 ---FINALLY I've gotten to my journal. I'm pretty happy about my steps since I didn't remember to put on my pedometer until almost nooooon. I've been eating well but having an awful time getting all my calories in for some reason. It's like I'm always stuffed! I had 2 huge bowls of homemade soup for dinner and then went for an hour walk. I can't really sit and rest on the few benches along the way because by the time I think I could use a break I realize I NEED TO GET TO A BATHROOM SOOOOON! Talk about motivation in getting my walk over with!! Things were complicated as I walked on the path I notice a cottonwood tree with white stuff blowing everywhere. You know I wish SOMEONE would realize that a large population of people are allergic to these trees and quit planting them everywhere! Suffice to say I was wheezing a bit when I got home. So there I was wheezing, waddling cross-legged through the parking lot to my apartment in the hopes of reaching my bathroom just in time. I must've been a sight! Ah well.. you know what they say about small towns and local color LMAO
