Internet-browsing is turning into my new procrastination tool!!!
All this increased flurry of activity on Fatsecret, new websites on diets, exercise, recipes, etc., and I'm stuck to my computer!! Really need to stop developing a new bad habit!! That's all I need! On that note, hope to get changed into my workout clothes and go for a walk--get some exercise, any exercise NOW!!

Part 2: Evening update So yeah, did do an hour's walking..could have gone longer, or could have done an exercise dvd at home, but finding it a little hard to prioritize stuff--workout, cook, eat, read up on lots of stuff, browse internet, post comments---and all this is just health-stuff! Doesn't even begin to get into my other to-do's for the week (including house chores, work reports, etc.)
Anyhow, dinner was good...am being more inventive and things turn out surprisingly good :) Liking this experimentation...
Meals for the day: Breakfast: 1 wedge laughing cow cheese (1), grapes (1), wasa cracker (0.5), rice cake (1)
snack: reduced fat peanut butter (3) and celery sticks
late lunch: egg beaters omelet (1) with spinach, walnuts, parsley, reduced fat feta (1), walnuts (1) & lemon (this was good!!)
Snack: 1 ww icecream (2) 1 more wedge laughing cow cheese (1) and grapes (1) Peanuts 8 to 10 nuts (3)
Dinner: Roasted 6 asparagus spears and 4 sm. portabello mushrooms, olive oil 1 tsp (1), rosemary, parsley, basil, pepper and salt + lemon Yesterday's lentil soup, 1 cup (0.5)
Post-dinner snack: hmm..where'd this come from?! WW icecream (2) some reduced fat peanut butter (6 points!!)
Total points: 18 points + 8 unnecessary points post-dinner = 26 points
