I also prefer to eat before 6:00 Pm if I am eating at home, because I go to bed by 8:00 - 9:00

For me, no food after 7PM. I read that not eating 3 hours prior to bedtime is better for your digestive system. Your body can repair at night rather than digesting that late night snack. Is it fact? I don’t know but it’s a good rule of thumb for me. That gives me a good twelve to sixteen hour fast. I usually get hungry around 10-11 am. My biggest challenge is snacking mid afternoon. A habit I have to consciously pay attention too.
