have had a hectic week above all this we had two birthdays in our office this week. So my calorie is abit high, although i had small pieces of cake...have tried to counter act this with doing exercise and cutting calories with other meals....and now couldn't exercise yesterday and today as i have injured my back with the last exercise session...... goodness, when i get it bad it really goes south. Hope this back is better tomorrow so i can get back to my exercise routine that i am enjoying. i normally just do a walking exercise routine for 45 minutes(this really gets the blood going and is helping me to tighten up the flab), but also decided to add a 10 minute strength training to start with and then bam there goes the back.....not happy. But looking on the bright side i am very close to my goal weight so will just pick up the correct diet plan tomorrow again. Maybe throw in a couple of days of water fasting....anyway all have a great weekend
