Yesterday started my 4th week after falling off the wagon. What made things different this time? I set fitness goals for myself for the next 3 years. I have come to realize too that potlucks at work are the devil, that is what made me give up last time, because there was no way that I could enter everything that was in the food that others brought. This time I've shied away from participating. I will bring something for everyone to enjoy but also bring something just for me to eat. Going to the beach this weekend, luckily it is full of my old haunts. I know good trails to run and where I can get some healthy food. How do you deal with evil potlucks at work?
