Chocolate danger continues. In self defence I have boxed and moved the worst chocolate things out of view. Still ate a Cherry Blossom at lunch = 5 points. Ouch.
Retaining water because of high salt meal yesterday (Pasta with peanut sauce) Don't regret it as it was satisfying, and I had not had that for at least 10 years.
It is 3:00 and I still have 10 points for the day - so I am not concerned.
