This week i've been doing the 30 minute circuit traning at the gym.I really,really like it.Doing these different exercises really has me motavated.I actually have a choice now between the Zumba Dance,the eliptical the treadmill,the stationary bike,and the arc trainer oh and weight training.Now depending on how i feel i have a choice instead of the same old routine,hopefully this can keep me going wish me well

That's great!! It's good to mix it up cuz then it keeps you motivated! I am glad your enjoying it, keep up the great work, and I do wish you well!! I bet after 1 month, you will not believe the difference in how you feel!!

Thanks Jenn74 and Geo99 I really appreciate the support i have been getting from everyone especially the two of you.It keeps me going especially when i'm feeling down and frustrated.I try not to let things get to me,but i guess thats all a part of life.Once again thank you both
