I had my thyroid removed so I take a lot anyway. I think a good multi is key and B12. I take a lot of D3 because I live in the northwest :)

I use Simple Truth brand through Kroger. I watched some videos from Dr Ken Berry and he suggests using a Vitamin B12 methylcobalamin. Mine are not at this time, I think I will switch to it when I’m out. Really supplements should compliment your personal diet. Because I do Keto and since I lost my Thyroid I have learned that my body does not metabolize the nutrients as well anymore so I over take them to try and compensate. If I don’t I get horrible body cramps. The B12 has personally helped me with my energy levels.
