I have to say, the buddy system here on this website rocks! I have truly met some awesome people, who are funny, intelligent, caring, supportive and serious about weight loss, and I've only been a member for a few months. I came here to loss weight and get back in shape. Had no idea I was going to have the pleasure of interacting w/ such great people, so thank you all. I really appreciate each and every one of you. :)

And I love being a buddy as well. I always find that I'm most successful, when my efforts result in benefits that extend beyond my personal improvements. I do better when I'm encouraging/supporting other folks, so it's a win win!
