11:21am: To re-focus my weight loss efforts, I am giving in to entering my food intake. I thought this might add to my obsession but honestly, I haven't done it to say that it will actually do that. I have discovered that after my 11 pound weight loss, I'm slowly getting back into old eating habits of not listening to my body and slipping back into sugar addiction. So while continuing my exercise program and adding a little more cardio in the morning and recording my food intake, I hope to learn more about my habits and how I can adjust them to achieve my goals.
