Trying to get back on track... AGAIN! Why is it so hard?! Done well today, as far as eating healthy, nutritious food, instead of fast food processed JUNK. Not feeling too great, so exercise isn't in the picture for today, but at least I've done well food-wise. So far. Snacked on a lot of fruit. I really should snack more on veggies too.

Hi... thanks for your words on my journy, its good to catch ya on here. Babysteps. Make it a cheat meal not a cheat day when you have to. If you have to. Drink water before your snacks... lets remember all those silly little rules. They add up. PS I <3 snacks. lol
