Here's hoping for a successful weigh in! You can do this! In the mangled lyrics of Christy Lane "One meal at a time, Sweet Jesus!" You being a truck driver... I can only imagine what a hassle getting the water in must be. But you are worth the effort. :)

Thanks Flowerdude i actually lost 3.2lbs this week and acutally i haven't had that much problems getting the water in,it's just that i have to stop more that i like to to go to the bathroom after drinking a total of 96ounces of water a day
