Today will be a tough day. I have to get to the other side of the country by around 9pm, which means no exercise as I will be sitting on two buses for a total of 5 hours.

Hooray.

I'm also very tired, which is why I started the Fruit Granola cereal this morning for an extra burst of calories. It's so delicious, and kind of healthy. The calorie count is a little high, but I think that's okay because it is all so good for me, and I don't want to remove my daily vitamin bombardment in the morning. I realized today that my daily orange juice has quite a bit of calories, but I love that vitamin C.

Going to have to find out how to maximize my calorie output without having the time to exercise at all. If I don't get a net loss today, I'm not going to worry that much.
