Woke at 222.6, down .6 from yesterday. Ate first meal at 11 am to get some protein in. Took Lasix to continue moving out extra body water. UPDATE: Eating a late lunch right around 4:30 pm. Weighed in at 221.6 before that. Ate a very light dinner and then made some blueberry ice cream at 8 pm with frozen blueberries, sugar free coconut milk, and a scoop of MCT oil powder. Delicious. Reading the Eat To Perform website with interest (thanks to member JParlett) and it has me considering eating every calorie that I burn between now and the end of the year as a way to try to fix my metabolism.
