I have changed my photo in my profile to be a current one instead of what I looked like when I started the diet. My husband took this during our beach vacation a week or so ago and he encouraged me to post it here. I'm almost 30 pounds lighter than I was when I started this diet in May, and feel like my goal weight is within reach!
It feels good to be following the diet more closely again. I'm really enjoying my lunch salad and my husband's innovative veggie dishes at dinner. Our new neighbors keep coming by with fried chicken or cookies to welcome us to the neighborhood. Very nice, but not exactly what I need. ;)
