Feeling slimmer, although I just chowed down on some chili and corn bread. NOM. Healthy veggie chili, though, and cornbread from scratch, so not too bad... worse part was the margarine on the corn bread... OH well. It's smart balance lite... Lol.
I biked around 8 miles yesterday. I am loving this biking as transportation thing. Only downside is when it's warm, I get all sweaty. So I have to sit through class worried that someone is going to smell me. Lol! But cooler weather is almost here... Hopefully it will be a mild winter... I don't really want to bike in rain, snow, or ice.
I need to get some exercise other than just biking around town....
Eating is WAY better. Resisted drive-thrus and ordering delivery this week... Ate whole foods with higher nutritional values. Definitely feel better about that. Haven't been good about tracking calories, but I'm not really as concerned with calorie intake anymore as I am with eating good, healthy, nutritious foods.
