Okay, didn't know fasting worked so well! My previous weigh in was an estimate so I was probably less than I assumed since I couldn't have lost 15 pounds that fast. At least the number is going down! And my lowest recorded weight is 132 (from 2 and a half years ago) so I'm getting very close to getting below that!

Mostly just drinking a lot of water, not eating any sugar and eating more vegetables than I used to. My college's main cafeteria also has very small plates (at home, we always used large ones) so I only have one plateful per meal and have half the plate be vegetables (I mostly like peas and corn and while they're starchy, I figure they're better than no vegetables), 1/4 the plate be protein (chicken, pork or if I'm spoiling myself sausage- I'm trying to eat less red meat but I'm still warming up to fish) and the last 1/4 is carbs (hash browns, rice, etc.- I try for whole grain unless there's something I really love). I skip dessert but give myself some allowances in the other categories so that I don't eventually resent my diet/lifestyle.

How many meals do you eat per day? This sounds like something I'm going to try, and it looks like it's really working for you! (: I hope you continue it if it's making you happy!

Anywhere from 0-3 meals. My schedule varies based on my classes and when I wake up/fall asleep. Some days I'm busy and forget to eat but then I'm more likely to want to overeat the next day so I try to not go too long without food. Also, I chew gum which helps when my mouth wants food but I'm not hungry.
