I have failed myself past 2 days-overeating, not on program...I plan to turn this around today and lose the 2 pounds I promised I would by Saturday, by keeping focused!!!! No restaurants! No carbs except veggies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Veggies are Yummmmmy. Stock up on the ones you like best and have them washed and ready for easy snacking. You can do it!!! How are things going with your grandaughter? Well done on the 1 lb down!!! Go Navigators!!

I KNOW! WEEKENDS ARE PURE EVIL!!! LOL get back on track, good thing you have five days now! drink tons of water too! i need to repair the damage as well! we can do it right!?!?!?

You can do this!!!! It feels so much better to eat healthy! I am back to phase 1 this week, cuz of eating horribly for almost a month!!! We can do it together!!! Blessings...

Big salads (with a little chicken, good dressing, some croutons) are lifesavers for me. Also skinny soups are worth their weight in gold. Hang in there.

There are more than enough veggies, fish and good carbs to go around! you CAN do it. I bet you'll surprise yourself! Just eat that way for a few days and you might lose even more than you think you will! Go get 'em!
