tip toe-ing my way back here after a terrible holiday week. The holiday was fine, but all the wheels fell off around eating and drinking. Pie, cheesecake, cocktails, wine, stuffing, gravy, etc. UGH Why do I do this to myself? Why is it so hard?
On a business trip today, and started the day right with a short 4 min. trip to the gym.
Back to tracking food. I feel awful. Don't even want to step on the scale for two weeks at least.
