"Barbecuing" get's me in trouble, cause I allow myself to eat. I don't get in the vegetables, and we don't center on that. Saturday was my future son in laws birthday which we did it at our house, and it was a good memory. My husband barbecued, and my daughter brought cake and other stuff. We cannot focus on eating a little more than we should have, but have to just center on lower foods for the rest of the week to come. My job I go to it with a heavy heart. I am hoping to raise enough money so I can make my dream into a reality. So now we have more than one dream to strive for. The ice cream did not get me into trouble, this time, but it is so hard when you have had one of those days because it does not take effort to slip down ones throat. Instead of looking foo like an enemy, we just need to focus of theory food value, and the portions of course, because ice cream without the extra full fat is also a good source of milk and protein. I think the biggest enemy is out own minds and how we think things. Let's try to stay focused on that over all picture of our selves. Let's all find the strength to "keep going"! Life is just too short, on dwelling over eating a bit more on, "Barbecue Days!"
