I am learning I don't like to sit still, not even in the hot tub or sauna. I am going to an early doctor visit snd I carefully planned out my route. There was a 20 minute wait. When another bus showed up, I hopped on it, hoping it'd get me there earlier but without checking the schedule andnow I'll be a few minutes late! Lesson learned? We'll see. I hope the doctor visit goes well. I've got my test results uploaded to my medical platform but need his help interpreting them. There was one number which was slightly above the norm, but googling it revealed ambiguous causes. On the plus side, Miguel mailed me an incredible book on strength training which is exactly what I need. I'm kind of scared of the barbels and just unknowledgeable of that topic in general but this book really breaks it down nicely and has clear instruction. It also has a lot of body-weight only activities and dumbell ones which seem safer to do without a spotter. A true kindness. I think that will really help. It confirms my thoughts that now I need to have less carbs but that actually seems like a harder diet than going meatless.
