Boy that’s a lot of carbs for that rice 2 ounces is almost 3727 or 37 g of carbs anyways it looks delicious though

Not sure on your measurement as 8oz = 1cup by size not weight and its typically about 40g per cup.
But, yes... too much carbs for me. Super yummy and healthy though!
