oh man - can't believe it's been so long and i haven't written anything. Have been a lot bit stressed with learning i will be loosing my job shortly, have to remember that God says in:
Psalm 34:22 "The LORD redeemeth the soul of his servants: and none of them that trust in him shall be desolate."
With that said, last wed, I did do 53 min of walking - (was 1.8 miles)
