I kid you not! Well, a little as yesterday I was 293lbs in the early evening! Bear in mind I'm a big guy and my weight can vary by around 5lbs on any normal day anyway, depending on when I weigh myself and how much of what I've drunk/eaten. Friday I did some weights and some creatine after, both make weight stick to me. Add to that the food in my belly and my bowel plus water weight anyway... over ten extra pounds! But it comes off after a while. It's not fat. I'm going to fit some more weights in today, then back to fasting tomorrow. I'd be surprised if I'm not seeing the 270s soon. My eyes have grown huge bags, by the way, making me look haggard all the time. That's loose skin on my face, I imagine, recently vacated by fat but the stretched skin is still there. That'll be a whole other battle, getting rid of all that, I imagine.
