I wonder about vitamins too. Because when I take them, then the next day I am hungry all day.

I don't take vitamins but I do take minerals. being in menopause I need additional quality calcium, and I also take magnesium and some days potassium, that last one needs to be limited.

Any multivitamin will do; no need to overdo it. With keto / low carb, you do need to supplement salt to avoid the so-called "Keto flu". Have a cup of salty broth or bouillon a couple of times a day.

I use womens gummies from Costco hahaha :) I forget the brand but they are yummy and my hair and nails are healthy when I take them daily so they are doing something.

Thanks for the advice all. Gummies sounds really good... sounds like they may have sugar though. mmmmmm lol i will check with the pharmacist, see what they use. Will let you know. I have been looking so pale the last two days, never looked like that before. I feel totally fine though; hence i was wondering about a vitamjn. Thanks all.
