TROUBLE? IS THE FOOD INDUSTRY SABOTAGING OUR FOOD? I am having trouble with everything, and especially ice cream. I will look into to he diets but I have a hard time doing the fad diets that are out there. I will check the boards to see how people are doing on them, if they get enough to eat, ect, and what else they are doing as well. So, I am trying real hard not to give up, but I do not want to go hungry either! I need to be allowed some kind of a treat as well. Other than that the weather is trying to be better, garden season is here to help us out. If the industry stops putting things in our ice cream like fructose that makes us eat more and more than we want to and should, that would be real nice, but not at all profitable for them, I guess! Keeping those things in mind we need to keep trying to keep going!
