So Day 7 of working out and it's been ok so far. I have decided tho, that I'm going to do both Upper and Lower Body Workouts on the same day and stick with Cardio being every other day. What sucks is that the strength workouts don't burn that many calories, but with doing the Cardio every other day, when I lose the weight, it will help me NOT look like a Sharpei. lol
