Feeling better today and heading back to work. My lunch and snacks are packed so I should be all set. I haven't weighed myself yet since I know anything lost by this point will really be mostly water weight and I'm truly more interested in how my clothes fit. Yep, starting again. I've done Atkin's in the past so have a good idea of my carb level but am still not sure about sugar alcohols and sugar substitutes.
