Weight is up, but important numbers are down. About 3 years ago I was told I would eventually be diabetic if I did not make some changes. I have done what I can to remove HFCS from my diet and eat healthier and have been dealing with my weight as well. Today our health insurance did an evaluation and my total cholesterol was 164 and my glucose was 88. Here's the best part, that was my glucose for non-fasting as I had eaten my normal breakfast and had my morning coffee.

I am technically considered obese, but the nurse was sure to point out that they do not take muscle mass into account so it is not necessarily a true score for my BMI. (at 5'6" and 215 lbs or so I am a broad shouldered guy).

Gains are being made, but my weight needs to go down still. I am refocused and can get it on.
