So I didn't go too badly off the rails for Christmas. I will record my weight Saturday regardless of up/down. Trying to focus more on my and my home-life now. I've let both go as I focused too much on professional (which still requires my attention), volunteering (I chair a non-profit but that will be winding down the next two years), and fun/frivolity (ok, I need to dial that back but still keep enough in there to stay fun...)
