ate so much junk food today.....tomorrow back o the diet wagon....i have been exercising.....but have not been eating properly.....this holiday binge must come to an end....tomorrow take control of these wondering eyes and hands...lolololol....

I think just don't beat yourself up too much about it. As long as you are able to get up and start over, that is a good thing. You are doing great!!!

Remember the December rule: Junk is good, junk is our friend... December is always a time for damage control. As Membrey said, don't beat yourself up about it. Life is short.

I kept it under control this year.. Had a braai with family. Had a piece of steak, some mushrooms and salad on the side. (tried not to go overboard)
