I have finally lost a lb. after 10 days without a weight loss. Maybe the increase in humidity, water retention? Not sure, but I'm relieved that I have one. Now that school is out, my routine will be shaken up a bit. I'm hoping to meet my short term goal and lose 6 more lbs. by the 21st of this month. I think I need to add more exercise to my days. I have had lots of comments and compliments about my weight loss, this feeds my motivation and determination. I have also went clothes shopping recently, what a thrill. I'm careful not to buy too many things, as the weight I'm at is just temporary!:)
