Wow, im feeling good today, a coworker stopped me and told me my uniforms looked a little loser.So i felt good even though ive only lost 1.5 pounds since starting my own healthy low carb low FAT diet a week ago:)Plus ive had energy to do exercise as opposed to when I was on Atkins!

Tonight I did pretty well with my diet and surprisingly I wasnt that hungry after dinner, as I found if I get hungry after, i eat something light and not feel guilty cause I was hungry and my body needed it.I exercised after cause I was busy when i came from work and couldnt so my usual Gillad Bodies in Motion at 5:30.Plus the rain has been keeping me away from the park in the evenings, so as long as i do SOME exercise when i come home ill feel good:)

Today was a good day, I know my mum would be proud of me if she was here and plus my brother FINALLY got a job after searching since my mom died, which is almost a year now coming April 26th. I MISS U MUMMY.RIP:(
