Today is definitely going to have to be a day of rest for me. Makes me feel guilty but I couldn't eat dinner or do my push ups & sit ups b/c my abs were so sore they felt like they were ripping apart! Quite heinous I tell you! I think all my muscles need a rest even though I'd like to push myself further, I don't want to hurt myself. I just hope the spike in the scale over the last 2 days will drop dramatically, otherwise my muscles must be retaining water big time! I had also decided earlier in the week that Sat should be my "cheat" day. It's not to say that cheating & not exercising makes me nervous, but I need to give myself at least one day to stay sane & moving forward. I wish everyone to have a great weekend!! ; D

Lol, oh yes it's definitely screaming at me ; p I'm definitely going to rest as much as possible today. So I can get back at it tomorrow 100%! = )
