Ok, I didn't do so good this week... I just had a lot going on and I needed to adjust to it all. It wasn't the food I ate it was the lack of exercise or odd schedules I had throughout the week. Well I got thru it not gaining anything so that's awesome. Now I got the feel of this schedule and its time to kick some butt!!! LOL!
