things have been a little crazy lately not doing as much walking as i should and have had a few glasses of wine. My best friend is here visiting, i thought we would encourage each other to be good but it has been the opposite. It is great to have her here though.

Her name isn't Babu, is it? ;) No problem. Cherish the time you have with your friend. Life is too short! Get back on track soon after she leaves. Maybe the damage isn't bad at all! Good luck!
