I say weigh yourself whenever it works for you. I read that most successful dieters weigh themselves at least weekly, and 70% of them weigh themselves daily. I didn't weigh myself for 3 days in a row this week and it did feel like I was avoiding something, even though my schedule was jacked this week and I could literally not get to the scale until today. It's just so frustrating when it hasn't moved in 2 months.
