Oh, I just looked at your Food Diary and saw that the Avocado had Egg in it, too. Did you just crack a raw egg into the pit area? How long did you cook it, and at what temperature?

Yes. You take a ripe avocado and cut in half. Season each half with sea salt and pepper or whatever you like. Crack two eggs, one for each half. You can add whatever toppings you like. Heat for 10-15 minutes at 355
