Up down up down up down up....geez. However, clothes are getting looser. Not a lot, but they are just fitting better. I want a lot. I want the 12s and 14s to fall off. I want to wear a beautiful size 8 dress to my daughter's wedding next summer. I want to buy it in March, and have it FIT in March. And it's not going to be some frumpy frilly Mother-of-the-bride dress, it's going to be gorgeous. My daughter is stunning, so she will outshine everyone there, as it should be. An outdoor wedding in the hills east of downtown San Diego in July, how can you top that?
I'm rambling on this morning, no particular thoughts going on except that I just want this weight off. I don't cheat, I keep my calories very low, this is just so slow it's making me crazy. Not crazy, as in, "I might as well give up" crazy, I am nowhere close to that, but I need to do something different. I added more protein in the morning, that's not working, I cut out fruit after noon, not working, I never ever eat grains, not working. Well, I guess all of that really is working, just not as quickly as I want. I've gone from losing 12 lbs a month to 5 pounds a month. If I'm going to hit my goal by March, I'd better speed it up.
