Haven't moved. Need to up the exercising. Not as much fun walking/jogging on the treadmill as it is walking or playing tennis outside. But it is now cold out so got to adjust. :P

Oh I know what you are saying - this time of year is so hard and you are right walking/jogging on the treadmill is not as fun as being outside in the fresh air. I know you can do this and you will be off of your plateau in no time!
