9:00 dannon light and fit strawberry kiwi with 1/2 cup blueberries
10:00 bootcamp hour--so hard! I really cannot eat or drink coffee beforehand...
meal 2
11:30 portabellow mushrooms with black beans and salsa
meal 3
4:30 tomato and cucumber salad
meal 4
dinner out--and probably more than two glasses of wine..oh well :)

Eating out is so hard for me, i never want to eat the healthy stuff I can make for myself at home;) You have been doing so well, you can indulge on one meal then move back on track!
