This lifestyle change has been one of the best things that have ever happened to me. Now I feel better and I do as much as I can to keep on going.
HOWEVEEEEEER I have a problem: I have wild cravings when I get anxious. While I was on vacations I didn't have them and if I did then I could control them. But now university is about to start again, I got loads of work and deadlines, I haven't planned a thing for my thesis. I don't have a clue! Anxiety is back. Sleepless nights are back. CRAVINGS ARE BACK.
I need two more weeks of vacations, please :c

Have you talked to someone about your anxiety. Maybe you can get some help with them. Many students are very stressed.

U are not eating enough or you’re depriving yourself of a macro, watch out u don’t want to get into binge cycles.

When you crave come here. I've had late night cravings grabbed a cup of flavored water and go on FS and found someone in Australia on line, it was great to have someone to talk to when the big "C" hit.🙋
