First walk 4720 steps. Neighbors granddtr came with us so it had to be cut short. Will go again tonight when it's cooler. Ate quite a bit yesterday (not really, but calorie wise...) Had 2 pieces Pizza Hut supreme pizza, 2 bread sticks, and a half cup of the chicken alfredo. I didn't grab any of the hot wings, knew that would be way to much. Worked out in my parents "yard" (they have 10 acres) so worked off a few of those calories! Second walk 6280 so 4 miles total. 11000 total steps - I couldn't do that again if I tried LOL. Almost 5 miles!
