apparently being pissed off killed my hunger. I completely missed my morning 0710 break for breakfast and didn't realize it till 1000. Then at my lunch break at 1100 i had to force myself to eat even though i wasn't hungry. 4 months ago being that mad and upset i would have wanted to eat everything in sight!!!! No i don't even realize i'm not eating. whats up with that? i gotta find a middle ground for that.
