There's snow on the ground and it's cold, so no work or exercise outside today. I'm going to get the bike set up this afternoon. I've added to the kundalini yoga routine so I am spending 30 minutes before breakfast doing that. Leveled out for a while at 214lbs now I guess. My daughter, a research biologist, advised me to rest more often than once every 8 days and try to cross train rather than repeat the same exercises every day. Upon her advice, I did not weight train or bike yesterday. I'm going to start resting every two days and cross train in between.
I found a great recipe yesterday. It's a carrot salad recipe by Bobby Flay which has awesome flavor, and is C 90 F 1.68 Carb 9.8 P .98 per 6oz serving.
Also concocted a roasted butternut squash soup which is C 46 F .16 Carb 11.39 P 1.24 per 8 oz serving.
