I've been sick, so I've been on the BRAT diet for a day or two, eating Bananas, Rice, Applesauce, and Toast.

At lunch today I had a tablespoon of natural peanut butter with my toast, to see how my stomache would handle it. That was several hours ago now, and I'm fine.

So probably tomorrow morning will be back to normal. Eating this way really does help with a grouchy stomache.

I'd like to think that this is all allergies and my period, and that I am in no way actually sick!

Time will tell. But I am definately feeling better every hour.

I've never heard of that diet before, it sounds unique. Or, maybe you made it up and are just joking (lol).

It's not a real diet, it's just what a lot of parents do to their kids when they are stomache sick. Those are all foods that are really easy on stomaches.
